Rett Turner, CCIM, SIOR, is a First Vice President specializing in office agency leasing and tenant representation with Thalhimer’s Richmond office. With nearly 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Rett most recently held the position of Director of Office Leasing at Northwood Office, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate firm located in Charlotte, NC. While there, he focused on leasing office space in Ballantyne, an internationally recognized business community with more than four million square feet of Class A office space. On behalf of Ballantyne, Rett and his team assisted in transactions with corporations such as MetLife, ESPN, Snyder’s-Lance, LendingTree, Bank of America and Wells Fargo, among many others. During his six year tenure with Ballantyne, his team completed more than 700 transactions with lease values in excess of $800,000,000. Rett’s assistance in the ongoing development of Ballantyne Corporate Park resulted in the addition of approximately 1 million square feet of Class A office space during his time there.
