BiographyJoshua Sabzevari is an Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside Michael Amirkhanian, Executive Managing Director, and DJ Johnston, Director, focusing on investment sales in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant, Bushwick, Crown Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Stuyvesant Heights neighborhoods.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Joshua was a Director of Acquisitions at a Manhattan based firm where he was responsible for the acquisition, analysis and financing structure of all potential investment opportunities. Joshua also spent time as a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Meridian Capital Group where he conducted commercial real estate valuations, market research and advised clients on capital structures and financing options. Earlier, Joshua was also a Property Manager at ABC Realty.
Joshua graduated Cum Laude from CUNY Baruch College where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Investment. While there, Joshua was an active member of Phi Eta Sigma and the Baruch College Real Estate Club. Joshua also spends his time as a Youth Outreach Volunteer at Young Mashadi Jewish Center
