Jeff Stein is an Executive Vice President and Co-Head of the Houston Debt & Structured Finance Team. He has been a top producer locally and recognized nationally as top producer within CBRE. Jeff is able to quickly and effectively meet the needs of his clients by tailoring a financing solution that is unique to their property-specific business plan. By leveraging extensive life insurance company, bank, CMBS, and bridge lending relationships, as well as CBRE’s direct lending relationships with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Jeff and his team are able to customize capital to maximize return on investment.
Mr. Stein joined CBRE Capital Markets in 2003 after receiving his MBA in Finance from Rice University. In the last five years he has advised clients on over $2.6 billion of debt/equity origination and product disposition. After graduating from University of California, Berkeley, he began his career with Morgan Stanley’s U.S. Institutional Equity Sales team and later with Lehman Brother’s European Institutional Equity Sales team.
