Jeffrey Read serves as an executive managing director with Newmark in the Newport Beach office. Mr. Read specializes in industrial property acquisition/disposition, sale/lease transactions, development analysis and investment analysis throughout Southern California as well as corporate services on a national level. Active in the commercial real estate industry since 1989, he consistently ranks among the firm’s top producers, earning awards both locally and nationally. Throughout his career, Mr. Read has represented a variety of national, regional and local developers, owners and corporations and has conducted sales and leasing transactions totaling more than $1.0 billion.
