Gary J. Pezza is currently serving as Chief Commercial Associate at DGNY Commercial where he focuses on tenant and agency representation as well as investment sales. Previously he was Senior Director of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield U.S. where he engaged in all areas of commercial real estate sales, investments and lease transactions. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield U.S., Gary was Founder & President of East Neck Development Corp. for over thirty years. A Long Island based real estate development company where he supervised the purchasing, development, sales, leasing and marketing of commercial and residential real estate throughout the east coast. Mr. Pezza has developed an exceptional knowledge of the industry. He has executed all types of real estate transactions and has also developed a base of loyal clients.
