Eric Adams is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s El Segundo office, where he specializes in tenant and landlord representation and investment sales. Adams has been involved in numerous large-scale projects and leasing transactions during his 13-year career. He has also worked extensively with landlords on lease analysis, strategic planning and cost reduction strategies. His landlord clients include Bantry Holdings, Broadreach Capital Partners, Brookfield, DIVCO, Legacy Partners, LNR, Morgan Stanley, Parallel Capital Partners, RREEF, TIAA-CREF and USAA. Prior to joining Newmark, Adams was with Jones Lang LaSalle for eight years, Trammell Crow Company for five years and CB Richard Ellis through the Insignia/ESG acquisition. Adams received the highly coveted Power Broker Award form CoStar in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2012. He was also named one of the Top Young Brokers in 2005 by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
