Prior to joining Collier's South Bay office in 2019, Elizabeth was a research analyst for a top-producing Retail Investment Sales Team at Marcus & Millichap's Washington, D.C. office. There she assisted top -producing retail brokers in the sales of retail investment properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. This is where she had her first introduction to commercial real estate. After moving to Los Angeles in 2019, Elizabeth joined Colliers' South Bay office where she started as a Client Services Coordinator. Since then she has receivied her California Real Estate Salesperson's license and has transitioned into the role of Associate working with Jeff Smart. Elizabeth primarily focuses on the South Bay, specializing in industrial investment sales and leases.
