About

Mr. Avidane joined IPRG in 2024 and currently serves as a director on the leasing team in the company’s Manhattan office. Desi has a solid balance of both tenant and landlord representation across New York City, with a particular focus on the retail leasing sector, where he has developed a strong track record in securing premier locations. Desi has successfully executed deals on behalf of brands such as “Modern Bread and Bagel”, a popular gluten-free bakery expanding its NYC footprint, and “Just a Little Booking Agency”, an innovative event and artist management agency. He has also facilitated lease negotiations for “H&R Block”, supporting their continued presence in key urban markets. Before joining IPRG, Desi worked at Meridian Capital, specializing in retail leasing across various commercial real estate portfolios. Prior to that, he gained experience at Divco West, where he underwrote deals in the San Francisco office. Desi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana University and brings a data-driven, relationship-focused approach to his work in retail real estate.
