She has built trusting relationships with the various bankers throughout the years and is familiar with each bank’s process and underwriting procedure. Daria works with the clients to facilitate a smooth deal transaction for the client and bank through the application, underwriting, and closing process, keeping the client updated throughout the transaction until closing.Prior to working at Marcus & Millichap, Daria worked for a nationwide mortgage company originating residential loans. From there she got her real estate license in NJ and PA and went into selling commercial real estate, working with investors/users specializing in industrial/warehouse properties.
