As Chairman and Head of NYC Capital Markets for CRBE, Stacom has closed the sale of more commercial properties in the US than any other realty professional, with a transaction volume of more than $145 billion. Her real estate expertise and career spans over four decades and includes the largest residential transaction in history with the $5.4 billion sale of Peter Cooper Stuyvesant Town and the largest office transaction in history with the $2.8 billion sale of the GM Building. These are just two of the many sales led by Ms. Stacom, with others including 441 Ninth Avenue, the Chrysler Building, St. Johnâ€™s Building and many others. She has been recognized through the years for her business practices and her dedication to sustainability and diversity. In 2021, she was listed on the City & State Real Estate Power 100 List. In 2020, she and her partner won the REBNYâ€™s Henry Hart Rice Achievement Award for the 2020 Most Ingenious Deal of the Year. This was their fifth time in 15 years winning such an achievement. In 2019, she was listed on Crainâ€™s Most Powerful Women in New York. In 2018, she was the Helen Keller Services Gala Honoree and in 2017 she was the Lighthouse Guild Honoree. Ms. Stacom is a leader in the industry through her transactions, and also through her commitments. She is a Governor of the Real Estate Board of New York and Co-Chair of their Diversity Committee. She is a Board Member for New York Universityâ€™s Schack Institute, on the Board and Executive Committee of Phipps Houses and on the Board for the Nontraditional Employment for Women. In addition to her professional drive, Ms. Stacom shows a desire to contribute to New York City and a love for her area through other commitments. She is the Co-Chair of the Board of the NYRP and she and her family have planted their own community garden in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
