Chris Young

Chris Young is a Managing Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Houston office.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Young was a Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and focuses primarily on multi-housing investment advisory throughout Houston and surrounding areas. He focused primarily on multi-housing investment advisory throughout the Houston MSA and has over five years of experience in commercial real estate. Mr. Young participated in approximately $5.2 billion of transactions closed by the Houston multi-housing investment advisory and debt and equity placement teams since he joined the firm in November 2013.

Prior to joining HFF, he worked as a Real Estate Analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle specializing in industrial research, client surveys and quarterly market reports.
