Brock Hudson is a Vice President on CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Team in Houston, TX, focusing on institutional and middle market debt and equity advisory. Mr. Hudson maintains a primary focus in sourcing best-in-class capital for acquisitions, new construction and refinances, in addition to advising and keeping clients informed on the state of the market. Since joining CBRE in 2017, he has played a key role in the origination, underwriting and closing of over $1.5 billion in debt and equity transactions. Prior to his career at CBRE, Mr. Hudson worked at a boutique appraisal firm where he was responsible for the valuation of large, high-quality assets for institutional clients.
