Brad joined Compass in 2020 after three years at a Brooklyn based commercial firm where he focused on retail and office leasing. At his previous firm, Brad leased well over 100,000 SF of retail and office space throughout Brooklyn.
Brad, having originally interned for David Graff in 2015 and 2016, will join The Graff Team working on expanding their Brooklyn portfolio of business. Brad’s analytical finesse and local knowledge of the commercial market having lived and worked in Brooklyn gives him a unique understanding of the current retail and office landscape in the area.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Brad now resides in Williamsburg where he enjoys running, playing piano, walking through various local parks and exploring new neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
